Core Duties:

  • Serve as the company's first Operations leader and HR/Finance specialist.
  • Design and implement a thorough employee onboarding, engagement, and development program.
  • Deploy an HR technology stack to enhance compliance, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with our part-time CFO to oversee financial operations, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and revenue forecasting.
  • Become proficient in Hubspot CRM, adept at establishing deal pipelines and generating sales reports.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate contracts database on a daily basis.
  • Manage the customer renewal process and accounts receivable.
  • Meet assigned operational objectives consistently.
  • Assist in organizing our annual user conference.
  • Address any operational tasks as required.
  • Generate monthly reports detailing progress, achievements, and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about HR regulations and compliance updates, adjusting our HR strategy as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS environments or startups.
  • Demonstrated financial expertise, particularly in bookkeeping, invoicing, and SaaS metrics.
  • Strong command of Hubspot CRM and experience in creating Sales Funnel/Conversion Reports.
  • Familiarity with Maxio, Quickbooks Online, and equivalent HR platforms.
  • Assertive by nature, capable of holding others accountable to established processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for thoroughness.
  • Able to thrive in a small, high-performing team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.
