Roofing Sales Leader Opportunity

Linear Roofing & General Contractors, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Leader to join our team. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for canvassing for leads, selling, recruiting, training, and managing a sales team. Prior roofing sales experience is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team
  • Set sales goals and track progress
  • Develop sales strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
  • Previous roofing sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary people skills and relationship builder
