Account Manager/ Business Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Account Manager to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. in Oakbrook, IL.
This role involves growing our book of business through new client acquisitions and initiating business development conversations through various communication strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, solid organization and communication skills, and an outgoing personality with a desire to work hard.
Key requirements for this position include experience in customer service, sales, or relevant customer-facing and business development skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving company goals and attainment of key performance indicators/metrics.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission. In addition to competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, including paid holidays, birthday off, PTO and sick time, 401K and life insurance, medical, dental, vision, and voluntary short and long-term disability.
