Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening and closing of service locations, ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Greet all visitors and employees in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Issue visitor badges and assess the purpose of visits, notifying the relevant personnel.
  • Provide services to guests, including luggage storage and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and ensuring compliance.
  • Guide new hires and temporary staff to the appropriate offices for employee badging.
  • Handle incoming calls, assess needs, and connect callers to the correct department.
  • Respond to reception emails promptly and manage communication effectively.
  • Maintain the display of customer posters in compliance with company procedures.
  • Oversee the distribution of equipment, including projectors, and manage reservation requests.
  • Distribute employee paychecks while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Keep track of reception supplies and notify supervisors when orders are necessary.
  • Assist employees with catering deliveries as needed.
  • Create tickets for facility-related issues and coordinate with security when necessary.
Who You Are:
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for certain facilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of de-escalating customer concerns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work within a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
