Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Content Compliance Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Health, Wellness, or Medically Regulated sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role involves working with Veeva, a Quality Management System, although experience with other Quality Management systems is also acceptable. Responsibilities include reviewing promotional materials, approving workflows, and uploading marketing content to the Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or Quality Management.
  • This position is not IT-focused.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential.

Interview Process:

The interview process consists of three stages: the first interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a second interview with a panel from the Product and Global Marketing teams, and a final interview with Regulatory Affairs. All interviews will be conducted via video conference.

The successful candidate will lead the content approval workflow for a new health and wellness product, working closely with cross-functional team members to gather and address feedback promptly. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring document fidelity while being mindful of both minor and major changes.

The candidate should be familiar with quality management system approval workflows from a marketing or e-commerce perspective and should have a passion for brand and content marketing. Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
