Job Description
Assist in managing compliance and accreditation standards in the clinical environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Support the resolution of compliance investigations and follow up for complete resolution, maintaining a thorough understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
Identify root causes and develop plans and standards for compliance, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in clinical compliance, with a clinical background required.
LIC-Registered Nurse certification preferred, as well as CRT-Healthcare Compliance certification.
