Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and support as needed.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, driving business growth and success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, scheduling appointments and presenting insurance solutions to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
