Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and support as needed.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, driving business growth and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, scheduling appointments and presenting insurance solutions to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
