Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with registration, check-in, and check-out processes, and provide room keys and information.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage online and in-person booking requests, providing information on room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
  • Able to manage phone communications and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
