Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow our sales territory through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, catalog reviews, and technical proposals to sell components and systems
- Provide applications support and training as required, and answer technical questions and provide general customer support
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of inside or outside sales or technical support experience in an industrial distribution environment
- Experience with the service of air compressors
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong selling, negotiating, and presentation skills
- Aggressive follow-up and closing skills
- Fearless attitude; able to make cold calls without hesitation
- Experience with computers and MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
