Are you ready to take control of your financial future and achieve unlimited earning potential? ADP is seeking a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to join our team and help us drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology solutions within a designated geographic territory. You will cultivate new business opportunities, drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives, and manage complete sales cycles. ADP is committed to supporting your success with continuous sales training and the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our business while growing yours by working independently and collaboratively with various teams to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network.
Requirements:
  • Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
  • Confidently fearless with a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a natural leadership ability, resourcefulness, and a ability to thrive under pressure.
