We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team at Instawork. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with mid-enterprise light industrial organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Utilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate the value proposition of Instawork and differentiate us from competitors
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including solutions selling and challenger sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
