Job Title: Strategic Account Director

At SimpliGov LLC, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to manage a portfolio of our existing accounts in the public sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are maximizing the benefits of our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the account and lead the commercial success and use-case adoption of our platform.
  • Build relationships and identify opportunities to promote SimpliGov solutions at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Provide on-the-fly solutions consulting and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role delivering tech solutions to government.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
  • Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT solutions experience.
  • Solid problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Flexibility in taking on challenges and changing directions when necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US.
