Strategic Account Director

At SimpliGov LLC, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to manage a portfolio of our existing accounts in the public sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are maximizing the benefits of our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the account and lead the commercial success and use-case adoption of our platform.
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to promote SimpliGov solutions at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Provide on-the-fly solutions consulting and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Previous experience in a similar commercial role delivering tech solutions to government.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
- Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT solutions experience.
- Solid problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Excellent customer-facing written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Flexibility in taking on challenges and changing directions when necessary.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus commission and benefits.
