Global Marketing Manager - Skin Care

Ashland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead our Skin Care business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive commercial success and value proposition delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Skin Care segment
  • Lead the development of marketing tools and documentation for Marcom and Regional Marketing
  • Drive the development, positioning, and launch of new products or new product applications globally
  • Lead marketing of Innova launches
  • Set price positioning with regional marketing input for new and existing products
  • Drive global market share growth of core products and product lines globally
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • MBA is also required
  • 5+ years experience working in a strategic marketing role
  • Relevant knowledge of excipients, ingredients, and related materials
  • Ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong influencing capabilities, leadership accountability, and process discipline and rigor
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in the skin care market or other personal care markets/industries
  • Background in chemistry and/or biology appreciated
