Job Summary:

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Strategic Global Enterprise Leader to capture untapped potential and drive business growth for the Global Therapy Innovations (GTI) Business Area. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategy to elevate market presence and drive growth in both developed and emerging markets across the care continuum for cell and gene therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision, direction, and leadership to the Global Therapy Innovations Marketing team.
  • Develop and deliver strategic planning, 4 P's management, and market research to inform strategy.
  • Drive growth in both developed and emerging markets across the care continuum for cell and gene therapy.
  • Map market needs with adjacencies and white space opportunities to inform roadmap with inorganic targets and partnerships.
  • Identify key data management needs and integrate digital solutions into the portfolio of products and services.
  • Drive insights and needs assessment for customer stakeholders to increase market access and influence standards in manufacturing and delivering cell and gene therapy products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of management experience with specific focus on business strategy development, marketing, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience in cell/gene therapy market is preferred.
  • Market access is a plus.
