About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our commercial real estate operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our properties, ensuring that they are operated efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to tenant needs and ensure that administrative and building staff resolve problems promptly.
  • Oversee all marketing, operations, and financial activities for our properties.
  • Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
  • Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms.
  • Negotiate early terminations of leases and provide lease analysis for client review.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience.
  • Real estate license required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
