Regional Director of Sales

McGraw Hill Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting the sales of our best-in-class supplemental and intervention software portfolio.
About the Role:We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven sales professional who will be responsible for identifying customer leads, creating new business, and driving large-scale K-12 digital sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the specialized markets, including Title I, Special Education, and MTSS.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer leads and create new business to drive large-scale K-12 digital sales
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, including events and strategies to prospect for new opportunities
- Conduct strong digital sales presentations of McGraw Hill's solutions to prospective customers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customer success, implementation group, product development, and product marketing to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital supplemental programs
- Demonstrate the ability to form solid partnerships at all levels of a school district to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 80-85%
- Knowledge of the specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS)
- Knowledge of Direct Instruction and/or Open Court Reading
- Previous educational sales experience preferred
- Previous experience teaching or selling digital Math and Literacy products/programs a plus
- Track record of sales success as demonstrated by having met or exceeded sales quotas
McGraw Hill Education offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-90,000 annually, an annual bonus plan, and a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
