About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our Support Center operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving maximum profitability and alignment with corporate objectives.

As a Regional Director, you will manage both operational and sales activities, ensuring that franchise sales are effectively executed and that franchise owners receive the necessary guidance to minimize account attrition. You will develop long-term strategies for the region, manage performance standards, and work closely with the executive team to ensure that all objectives are met.

This role also includes regular interaction with franchise owners and staff to foster growth and operational excellence, as well as travel for various meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the Support Center to ensure maximum profitability and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Manage both operational and sales activities, ensuring effective execution of franchise sales and minimizing account attrition
  • Develop long-term strategies for the region, manage performance standards, and work closely with the executive team
  • Regularly interact with franchise owners and staff to foster growth and operational excellence
  • Travel for various meetings and trainings
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • College degree or proven professional track record in a related field
  • Experience in business planning, P&L management, or service industries (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and adherence to core company values
  • Proven ability to communicate and implement company initiatives
  • Experience working in franchising or janitorial services is a plus
  • Ability to travel for meetings, trainings, and to support franchise operations
