Job Title: Senior Account Executive

At Benchmark Technology Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and selling technology-related service projects, software solutions, hardware solutions, and bundles of one or more of these to prospects and existing customers in a named territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Sell technology-related service projects, software solutions, hardware solutions, and bundles of one or more of these
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to customers

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or account management
  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent work/industry experience
  • Bank, cash, deposit automation and workflow experience ideal
  • Experience selling solutions to various departments and levels in banking or similar industry preferred

Personal Skills and Competencies:

  • Resourceful self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
