  • Desking and Rate Quotes: Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads.
  • Staff Development: Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs, and enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes.
  • Financial Coaching: Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs, and maximize appointment ratio from internet leads.

Requirements

  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs.
  • Leadership Experience: Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. + preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. + preferred).
  • Compliance: Understanding of compliance regulation.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash.
