Customer Success Advisor

At Calico Cottage, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our exceptional team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing a world-class experience for our customers, driving loyalty and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the support and services needed to achieve maximum success.
  • Customer Support Program Execution: Execute our comprehensive customer support program to ensure customers maximize their first-year sales and achieve long-term growth.
  • Service Plan Delivery: Deliver our existing customer service plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Communication: Effectively communicate Calico's retail best practices to customers, ensuring they adopt and implement them throughout their lifetime.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer nonconformances and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Field Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our field team to provide support, complete follow-up actions, and close the feedback loop.
  • Industry Research: Continuously research industry trends, solicit customer feedback, and share insights with our leadership team.
  • Process Management: Manage our new owner of existing processes and the reactivation process.
  • CRM Utilization: Ensure all interactions and data are recorded in our CRM system.
  • Performance Review: Review customer performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Equipment Issue Resolution: Work with customers to resolve all equipment issues.
  • Field Team Assistance: Assist our outside field team on customer requests.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: Required
  • Experience: Working with a service-focused organization
  • Record of Success: Exceeding objectives
  • Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines: Timely completion of tasks
