Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential clients based on predefined revenue criteria to determine suitability and potential value.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales data to segment and prioritize client leads.
  • Conduct initial outreach and gather necessary information to qualify leads effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze ancillary revenues generated from events and other sales activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, including trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the finance and events teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and follow-ups with qualified clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, correspondence, and documents for clients.
  • Maintain and update client records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client qualification and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business and at least two (2) years of experience qualifying sales leads, analyzing revenue, and/or key performance indicators or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal employees and managers, as well as clients, customers, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner via telephone, email, delivery correspondence, and face-to-face interaction.

Working Conditions:

The Sales Analyst will work in an office environment with a moderate noise level. The employee will be required to be mobile to, from, and within the department and will be required to leave the area and maneuver throughout the facility to meet with staff of assigned departments.

Language:

The primary language used in this role is English.
