We are a dynamic and innovative team at Optimize Partners, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled B2B SaaS Marketing Operations Lead to join our team in NYC.

As a B2B SaaS Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and maintain marketing automation campaigns, configure and implement lead nurturing programs, and measure campaign results to drive optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an automation, operations, or marketing campaign management role, with a proven track record of using Oracle's Eloqua. They should also have excellent technical skills, including HTML editing and adjusting for emails and landing pages.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working on exciting projects and collaborating with a talented team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer Oracle's Eloqua platform, Zoom webinar platform, and Engagio Accounts Based Marketing platform.
  • Work cross-functionally to create and maintain marketing automation campaigns, including drip email campaigns, online forms, landing pages, and monthly newsletters.
  • Configure, implement, customize, test, update, and report on marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring programs.
  • Create segmented lists based on user persona and behavior, including past email, web, or campaign interactions.
  • Measure campaign results and drive optimization of marketing automation efforts.
  • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an automation, operations, or marketing campaign management role.
  • 2+ years of operational experience with Oracle's Eloqua required.
  • 1+ years of operational experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Engagio or similar ABM platform preferred.
  • Experience with editing and adjusting HTML for emails and landing pages preferred.
