Role Overview:


The Provider Partnership Specialist, also known as the Onboarding Specialist, operates from our headquarters to act as the primary liaison and professional support for newly contracted mental health professionals during the initial phases of their collaboration with us.

This specialist will develop expertise in all facets of the onboarding journey, foundational private practice management principles, technology systems, and relationship cultivation, while encouraging provider members to thrive in managing a successful private practice.

Additionally, the Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering the company's growth by establishing the groundwork for enduring partnerships.


This position demands meticulous organizational skills and documentation, alongside creativity and problem-solving capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, with a talent for building rapport with our provider partners while aligning with the business objectives.

This role is versatile, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills.

Individuals with experience in hospitality or long-term customer service are particularly encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for provider partners navigating the onboarding process and achieving milestones.
  • Document interactions such as phone calls, emails, and forms in the CRM to track engagement.
  • Set clear expectations for completion timelines and regularly meet with providers to discuss progress.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the provider experience during onboarding and offboarding, collaborating with the Operations Team to implement improvements.
  • Facilitate enrollment in early practice management training sessions, including seminars and course materials.
  • Promote community engagement by highlighting events, consult groups, and training opportunities, while meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications for Success:
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capability to navigate challenging situations to build genuine relationships.
  • Proficiency in various office technologies, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Power BI, and Excel.
