Position Summary:


The Client Engagement Specialist, also referred to as the Onboarding Specialist, operates from our headquarters to be the primary contact and professional resource for newly contracted mental health providers during the initial stages of their collaboration with us.

This role requires expertise in all facets of the onboarding process, foundational private practice management principles, technology systems, and relationship development, with the goal of empowering provider members to successfully manage their private practices.

The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering the growth of the organization by establishing the groundwork for successful long-term partnerships.

This position necessitates meticulous organizational skills and documentation, alongside creativity and problem-solving capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, with a talent for building rapport with providers while aligning with the business objectives.

This role is versatile, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with experience in hospitality or long-term customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for provider partners navigating the onboarding journey.
  • Document interactions with providers through various channels in the CRM.
  • Set clear expectations for onboarding timelines and regularly meet with providers to review progress.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the provider experience during onboarding and collaborate with the Operations Team to implement improvements.
  • Facilitate enrollment in early practice management training sessions, including seminars and other educational resources.
  • Promote community engagement by highlighting events, consultation groups, and training opportunities.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and metrics for events.

Qualifications:
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to accept and act on feedback.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capability to navigate challenging situations to foster authentic relationships.
  • Proficiency in various office technologies, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Power BI, and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:
