Role Summary:

The Client Engagement Specialist, also referred to as the Provider Onboarding Coordinator, operates from our headquarters to act as the main liaison and support for newly contracted mental health professionals during the initial phases of their collaboration with our organization. This role requires expertise in the onboarding process, foundational private practice management, technology systems, and relationship cultivation, with the aim of fostering successful long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and creativity in problem-solving, while also being resourceful, analytical, and adaptable. Building rapport with our provider partners is essential, alongside maintaining the business's objectives. This position is versatile, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds who possess relevant skills.

Individuals with a background in hospitality or extensive customer service are particularly encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for provider partners navigating the onboarding process.
  • Document all interactions with providers in the CRM, including phone calls, emails, and forms.
  • Establish clear timelines for onboarding milestones and consistently meet with providers to review progress.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the provider experience during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Facilitate enrollment in early practice management training sessions, including seminars and course materials.
  • Promote community engagement by highlighting events, consultation groups, and training opportunities, while achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to accept and act on feedback.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations to foster genuine relationships.
  • Proficiency in office technologies, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Power BI, and Excel.
