Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support, including greeting, directing, and scheduling patients and visitors.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff, preparing patient charts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance payers and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and providers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to maintain calendars, databases, and other administrative tasks.
