Enteral Patient Care Coordinator

The PromptCare Companies is seeking a highly skilled Enteral Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our patient care services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care services, including onboarding new patients and providing resupply orders to patients on service.
- Review patient records to ensure medical necessity is met for services ordered by physicians.
- Perform insurance and benefit verification, as well as obtain prior authorizations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate a smooth admissions process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Experience with insurance payers is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare services business is preferred.
- Previous experience working with enteral therapy patients or pediatric enteral nutrition formulas is highly desirable.
