Job Summary

Patient First is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in the Langhorne, Pottstown, Springfield, Montgomeryville, Abington, East Norriton, and Downingtown areas of Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect, handle, and process specimens, as well as perform test analyses, reporting, and record-keeping.
  2. Adhere to laboratory quality control policies and procedures.
  3. Document quality control activities, instrument calibrations, and maintenance.
  4. Identify and address potential test performance issues or reporting errors.
  5. Order and distribute laboratory stock as needed.
  6. Understand and perform all duties associated with the position.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive, professional atmosphere.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and quality control policies. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
