Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all members receive a high level of service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of customer-facing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the General Manager to achieve membership goals, ensuring that the club meets brand standards and that all operational processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
  • Education: 4-year college degree preferred or related business experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
