About the Role

MacGregor, a leader in sustainable maritime cargo and load handling, is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and sales colleagues, overseeing all quotes, orders, and customer requests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer requests, responding promptly and gathering necessary input from colleagues to provide customers with the information they need.
  • Manage and oversee successful, prompt quote handling and customer deliveries.
  • Identify any challenges to orders being on time and collaborate with colleagues to resolve them.
  • Confirm and send delivery instructions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Take ownership of challenges to ensure delivery as promised to the customer.
  • Log claims, complaints, and internal non-conformances and liaise with colleagues to find root cause and identify rapid resolutions.
  • Challenge processes to ensure continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Learn to build knowledge of customers and processes.
  • Process customer orders and notification entries, ensuring all details are entered correctly.
  • Provide dedicated support to VIP customers to ensure all their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
  • Computer skills: MS Office basics, G-suite, and ERP system (SAP & SalesForce) knowledge is an asset.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, efficient, with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and accurate.
  • Highly effective and clear communicator with active listening skills.
