Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty programs
- Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
Marshalls offers a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
