Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Thoroughly clean, dust, and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
- Rearrange furnishings and room accessories as needed.
- Ensure guest rooms are secured and left in an orderly manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Return lost items found in guest areas to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Assist with special projects as directed by housekeeping management.
- Ensure the security of pass keys and return them at the end of your shift.
- Restock supplies and organize the linen closet for the next day.
- Communicate any unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security.
