Role Summary

As a Room Attendant Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist Room Attendants in ensuring that guest accommodations are immaculate and welcoming. You will play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing guests with information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Replace used linens, towels, and essential supplies with fresh items to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
  • Efficiently transport clean and soiled linens to and from operational areas.
  • Maintain workstations and carts to ensure they are organized and visually appealing.
  • Ensure that all items delivered to guest rooms are in pristine condition and functioning properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues, restock linens and guest amenities, and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, responding to guest requests promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role.
  • Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and address their requests.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • The ability to work a full shift (8 hours) on foot, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $21.15, depending on experience.
