Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations and shared spaces while delivering exceptional service.
Key Duties Include:
- Thoroughly clean, dust, polish, and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Change linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Rearrange furniture and room accessories as needed.
- Ensure rooms are secured and properly arranged per the Executive Housekeeper's guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management.
- Return lost items found in guest areas to the Housekeeping department.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Assist with special projects or requests from the Housekeeping management team.
- Secure pass keys and ensure they are returned at the end of each shift.
- Restock supplies and organize the linen closet for the next day.
- Communicate any unusual circumstances to the on-duty supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security.
