POSITION SUMMARY
Respond efficiently to inquiries from guests and various departments. Identify and report preventive or other maintenance concerns in communal areas or guest accommodations. Display caution signage as necessary. Communicate directly with other departments for urgent repairs. Fulfill guest requests and arrange furniture items in guest rooms as needed.
Remove items from corridors and transport them to service areas, including debris, room service trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and waste placed near housekeeping carts.
Clean, maintain, and properly store cleaning equipment.
Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety risks, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; ensure proper storage of flammable materials.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests.
Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing 55 pounds or less without assistance and over 55 pounds with assistance.
Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Ascend and descend a ladder. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout the work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The pay range for this position is $19.25 to $19.25 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other wellness benefits.
