Director of Geographical Market Expansion

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Director of Geographical Market Expansion to lead our sales efforts in assigned geographic markets. As a key member of the TerraSource Global team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategic planning.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, engineering design outputs, technical drawings, engineering submittals, tenders, customer bid specifications, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
**Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the required skills and qualifications.
