Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Marketing Strategist for Social Impact to join our team at Concordance. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to create a cohesive brand story for Concordance and inspire donors, all levels of government, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with our mission, vision, values, and goals.
  • Develop a clear and compelling brand story for Concordance, in collaboration with the Director of Communications.
  • Implement marketing strategies that resonate with stakeholders and drive fundraising success.
  • Use various marketing channels and media forms (including digital media) to reach stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of marketing campaigns with metrics and data, and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.

  • Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
