**Job Description:**

A Market Vertical Director at TerraSource Global will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase sales and profitability in assigned geographic markets. The role involves direct sales relationships with customers, penetrating target markets, and identifying new market opportunities.

The successful candidate will provide functional leadership in the development of near-term and longer-term target market sales plans, forecasts, and budgets. They will also participate in overall business planning and represent the company at conferences and events.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strong selling strategy for assigned geographic markets.
  2. Prepare sales and market forecasts and budgets, including quarterly rolling sales forecasts.
  3. Recommend short- and long-term sales goals and prepare annual sales plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, engineering design outputs, technical drawings, engineering submittals, tenders, customer bid specifications, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to engage concepts such as return on investment and margins.

**Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the required skills and qualifications.
