Key Responsibilities:

Site Oversight:

  • Manage daily construction operations, including site preparation, grading, and utility setup.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of materials and services.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Project Management:

  • Work closely with consultants, engineers, and architects to address design and construction challenges.
  • Coordinate with utility companies for the setup of water, electricity, gas, and sewage systems.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure all permits and approvals are met.

Financial and Resource Oversight:

  • Track project budgets and manage expenses effectively.
