Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and communicate the Project Quality Management Plan.
  • Oversee project-specific quality plans and procedures.
  • Manage corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Identify quality risks and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate third-party quality testing and inspection.
  • Maintain project quality records and client relationships.

Experience, Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer License preferred.
  • Knowledge of State DOT and/or USACE specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Travel required, construction site and office environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift.
  • Exposed to high noise levels on construction sites.
