Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the daily marketing operations at CDC. This position is integral to supporting marketing initiatives across global locations, focusing on content development, event coordination, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as training sessions, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop and distribute content for the company’s monthly newsletter, ensuring effective communication with global employees.
  • Manage marketing requests from global stakeholders, collaborating with team members to clarify details and prioritize tasks using project management tools.
  • Create and refine presentations for various audiences, adhering to brand standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of updates on the company website, including content management and document uploads.
  • Oversee the digital asset management system, facilitating access for the sales network and creating user profiles as needed.
  • Proofread and publish internal communications on the company intranet and other channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a structured social media strategy, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Revise and design marketing materials using creative software, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of promotional merchandise.
  • Organize marketing resources, including conference materials and product demonstrations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events.
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Graphic design skills are preferred.
