Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will report to the Revenue Management Lead and undertake various accounting support tasks, including:

  • Compiling, organizing, and preparing essential documents and reports.
  • Issuing invoices and managing bookkeeping activities.
  • Calculating and verifying financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in debit and credit postings.
  • Maintaining and filing accounting records appropriately.
  • Inputting data into financial systems and reconciling reports as necessary.
  • Generating reports and assisting with special projects as directed.
  • Performing routine tasks under close supervision.

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in preparing regular financial reports.
  • Utilize software tools, including Microsoft Excel, for data management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of work, adhering to established procedures.
  • Deliver digital content to customer systems while verifying data integrity.
  • Complete daily task dashboards and maintain records in proprietary software.
  • Process and record all client-provider payments efficiently.
  • Handle auto ACH and credit card transactions, including reversals and manual entries.
  • Upload payment data for record-keeping purposes.
  • Manage cancellations, write-offs, and ledger adjustments.
  • Conduct daily data integrity updates and regular audits on payment postings.
  • Verify posting accuracy within our proprietary software system.
  • Implement compliance regulations regarding fees and account management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to memorize company-specific codes and abbreviations.
  • Skilled in multitasking, including typing while engaging in conversations.
  • Proficient in operating computers with MS Windows.
  • Capable of applying general rules to specific financial scenarios.
