Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will report to the Revenue Management Lead and be responsible for various accounting support tasks, including:

  • Compiling, organizing, and preparing financial documents and reports.
  • Issuing invoices and managing bookkeeping activities.
  • Calculating and verifying financial transactions.
  • Posting transactions to the correct accounts and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Inputting data into financial systems and reconciling reports.
  • Generating reports and assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Performing routine tasks under close supervision.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled financial reports.
  • Utilize software tools, including Microsoft Excel, for data management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of work in accordance with established procedures.
  • Deliver digital content into client systems and confirm data integrity.
  • Complete daily task dashboards and save in the designated software.
  • Process client-provider payments and manage auto ACH and credit card transactions.
  • Upload payment data for record-keeping purposes.
  • Handle cancellations, write-offs, and ledger adjustments.
  • Conduct regular audits on payment postings and trust account activities.
  • Verify posting accuracy in proprietary software.
  • Manage late fees and account transfers based on compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain communication regarding adjustments for providers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to memorize company-specific codes and abbreviations.
  • Capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Proficient in operating computers with MS Windows.
  • Adept at applying general principles to solve specific problems.
