Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of front desk personnel and PBX operators
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols and uphold organizational policies and standards
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and motivation of team members
- Evaluate and address guest feedback
- Support various special initiatives as required
Required Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of resort management
- Dedication to guest satisfaction and team enhancement
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays
- Prior supervisory experience in the hospitality sector
