At State Benefits Center, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with information about various state benefit programs and motivating them to enroll.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Handle outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about state benefit programs and addressing their inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
- Sales and Enrollment: Explain the benefits and eligibility requirements to potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and effectively overcome objections to successfully close sales.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Persuasion and Problem-Solving: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively, as well as strong problem-solving skills to handle challenging customer situations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other basic computer applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
We offer a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 per year for entry-level positions and up to $125,000 per year for experienced professionals.
Training and DevelopmentWe provide comprehensive in-office training, with a dedicated first week for learning and training with your team leader. Ongoing support and training will continue to ensure your success in this role.
