Executive Chef Manager Senior

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Compass team, the Executive Chef Manager Senior will oversee the back and front of the house operations for the food service departments. This role is responsible for maintaining a high-quality culinary program, processing all financial reporting, and managing menu development, inventory control, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary programs that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of food and supplies.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Process all financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing culinary programs, inventory control, and restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
