We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Metropolitan Ministries. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with computer hardware, software, and equipment
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals such as printers, scanners, and webcams

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
