Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage program data for the Disaster Case Management Program, ensuring compliance with state and federal rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Analyst to monitor compliance with contract requirements, rules, and directives.
- Assume interim administration responsibilities as needed, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- Travel extensively within the state of Texas to conduct monitoring activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Review consortium data for missing or incomplete items/documents, alerting appropriate staff and monitoring for completion and filing.
- Ensure required items/documents are accurately completed, signed, and dated, and follow up with consortium members regarding paperwork and case files.
- Maintain a tickler system to ensure compliance with contract requirements, COA standards, DCM best practices, DCM policies and procedures, and other requirements.
- File documentation promptly upon receipt and organize monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Coordinate monitoring activities with the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation.

Requirements:
- Experience with CRF 2, Part is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of processes and procedures related to program auditing.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and interact with various levels of management.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to create reports for management.
- Monitoring contract requirements and deliverables.

Working Conditions:
- This is a grant-funded position, with a period not expected to exceed approximately 18 months.
- Travel/driving extensively within the state of Texas is required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, program management, or a related field.
