Our staff is thoroughly trained in all facets of the business, from task assignments to asset remarketing, providing our partners with the assurance of unmatched professionalism in lender solutions.
We are currently in search of motivated Vehicle Lot Coordinators to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety protocols and standards.
- Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or external vendors.
- Clear out vehicles upon their return to the lot, ensuring all personal belongings are bagged and tagged.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks of vehicles, property, and equipment on-site.
- Engage with customers, both internal and external, to facilitate vehicle releases, ensuring all necessary documentation is verified.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain discretion in all situations.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum age of 22 for insurance compliance).
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively communicating with others.
- Willingness to operate a Camera Car during part of the shift (daily).
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
