We are currently in search of motivated Vehicle Lot Coordinators to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety protocols and standards.
  • Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or external vendors.
  • Clear out vehicles upon their return to the lot, ensuring all personal belongings are bagged and tagged.
  • Conduct thorough inventory checks of vehicles, property, and equipment on-site.
  • Engage with customers, both internal and external, to facilitate vehicle releases, ensuring all necessary documentation is verified.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain discretion in all situations.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum age of 22 for insurance compliance).
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively communicating with others.
  • Willingness to operate a Camera Car during part of the shift (daily).
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
