About the Role

PatchMaster is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication
  • Process and manage customer information, including quotes, jobs, and billables
  • Utilize Excel and other software to track and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure a positive and collaborative experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software
